CCRs BYLAWS UPDATE 5-3-2026 Most of our community members recently submitted ideas for revising and improving the Bylaws & CCRs. This information is currently being summarized and will be distributed to all owners for further review and consideration.
AMENDMENT PROCESS: On 1-22-2026, an email was sent out explaining the process regarding amendment of our Bylaws and CCRs. Chris asked for member input to be submitted by March 11th.”
It is important that we hear everyone has a voice in this process. After March 11, the BOD will send all comments to the community to review and consider as we continue to revise and create CCRs and Bylaws that reflect the overall views of the community that will help govern and protect our community for years to come.
