INSURANCE INFORMATION NEEDED 12-2025 All owners need to add information to their insurance policies showing Mallard Cove Corporation 35 Storman Rd. Port Angeles, WA 98363 as an additional insured on their policy. (Address is water pump house) Please send to mallardcovepa@gmail.com.
2026 DUES: Annual Dues bills have been sent out via email before the end of January. If you do not receive an invoice, please check your junk mail box. There are options this year to pay using your credit card, bank account or check through the mail. Credit card users will need to pay processing fee. Invoices not paid by March 31 are subject to a processing fee. If you need to set up a payment plan, please contact Dathan. RECENT MEETINGS:
February 25, 2026 An unofficial Zoom meeting was held with the intention of providing owners with information from the BOD and intro to the new CCRs draft for further input and review.
December 10, 2025 The annual meeting was held via Zoom.
December, 6th 2025 A special meeting was held to discuss the septic system issue. The BOD wants members to clearly understand this issue to help determine the best solution
