Dear Mallard Cove Lot Owners,
Just a friendly reminder to all Mallard Cove Lot Owners to submit to the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) prior to any future lot improvements, new structures, dwellings, or outbuildings for their review and approval. This will assist our community to comply with our existing protective covenants. This applies to any community property changes or improvements as well.
The ARC committee consists of David Argilla, Cory Zimmel and Amy Vonderahe. We are working on an application template for members to submit to the ARC for any lot improvements, structures, etc. and will send out to all members when completed.
We ask that all items to be reviewed by the ARC be sent via email to the ARC email address: mallardcovearc@gmail.com. In addition, please submit any plans for review 30 days prior to projects commencement for the committee’s review. Thank you.
