A special meeting was held on Saturday, December, 6th 2025 at 10:00am to discuss the septic system issue. The BOD wants members to clearly understand this issue to help determine the best solution The 2025 Annual Meeting was held on Wednesday, December 10th at 5:30pm via Zoom.

4-5-2025: Annual Dues bills have been sent out via email. If you did not receive a invoice, please check your junk mail box. There are options this year to pay using your credit card, bank account or check through the mail. Credit card users will need to pay processing fee. Invoices not paid by June 1 are subject to a processing fee. If you need to set up a payment plan, please contact Dathan.
