You should have received a bill for your annual dues. If you have not paid, please ensure payment is made <\/span>by the end of the month<\/span>. CCRs and Bylaws Input Deadline – March 11<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

March 11<\/span>, is the deadline for owners to provide comments and suggestions on the first draft of the updated CCRs and Bylaws. <\/span>Your Board of Directors (BOD) wants to see all owners participate in this process, as your input is essential. We will distribute all of the comments received for everyone to review after the March 11th deadline.<\/span><\/h4>\n

March 25, 2026 <\/strong> Directors Quarterly Meeting<\/p>\n

February 25, 2026<\/span><\/strong> An unofficial Zoom meeting was held with the intention of providing  owners with information from the BOD and intro to the new CCRs draft for further input and review in the future.<\/span><\/p>\n

December 10, 2025  <\/strong>The annual meeting was held via Zoom.<\/span><\/p>\n

December, 6th 2025<\/strong>  A special meeting was held  to discuss the septic system issue. The BOD wants members to clearly understand this issue to help determine the best solution <\/span><\/p>\n
